Mental Health Week 2016 takes place from the 9th – 15th October. Mental Health Ireland will be kicking off the event with our 5,000 Steps to Wellbeing fundraising walk which takes place in Avondale Park in Rathdrum Co Wicklow. All the details can be found here about signing up!
Mental Health Week is an opportunity to bring awareness to mental health at a national and community level, informing and educating people about mental health recovery and wellbeing. This year Mental Health Ireland will be supporting the NEF ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ theme. The Five Ways to Wellbeing are simple actions you can do in your everyday life to feel good and function well.
