VHI Womens Mini Marathon – Join Team MHI

This years VHI Women’s Mini Marathon takes place on Bank Holiday Monday, 5th June. We want you to gather your female friends, family and colleagues and join Team Mental Health Ireland today! It is a great day out and you can walk, jog or run – the choice is yours!

You must enter the race on the VHI Mini Marathon website and then please get in touch with us at fundraising@mentalhealthireland.ie so we can add you to our group.

Here’s our first blog with six weeks to go til race day!

Everyone joining Team Mental Health Ireland will receive:

  • Our fundraising pack
  • Have a training blog sent to you for the six week lead in to the race
  • Our training running t-shirt
  • Support from our fundraising team

You can set up an online fundraising page today with EverydayHero. It’s really easy to do and to share on social media or email. It also means any funds raised via your account comes straight into Mental Health Ireland, eliminating the necessity to handle or chase donations.

This year we are launching our Expressions Project for secondary school students in selected counties in Ireland and this is one of the projects your donations will fund. The Expressions project will invite students in teams of four to express themselves about mental health and wellbeing using music, art, multimedia, dance, acting or any other way they choose.
