How you may feel less shitty!

Blogger Fraeuline Doktor has shared six things she does when in a mental health crisis and even when she’s not!

This isn’t going to be a neat ‘how to beat depression in 5 easy steps’ post because there’s no such thing as an easy way out of a major mental health episode. It’s a slow hard slog unfortunately. The following things may be helpful in general, whether you’re in a mental health crisis or not.

  1. Be Present
  2. Listen to your body
  3. Get out
  4. Do things you enjoy
  5. Stick to a routine
  6. Share the burden
