Mental Health Ireland and our volunteers will be celebrating Mental Health Week from the 7th – 11th October 2019.
World Mental Health Day takes place on the 10th October and this years theme is ‘Suicide Prevention’, as set by the World Federation for Mental Health.
To kick the week off we will host our 5,000 Steps to Wellbeing Walk in UCD on Sunday 6th October at 2pm – it’s a great walk where you can learn all about the Five Ways to Wellbeing and also get a nice walk in!
On World Mental Health Day, Thursday 10th of October we will be hosting our national Connect Cafe and we invite you and your community or workplace to host your own Connect Cafe. You’ll find an guidance and information on how set up your own event in our Host your own Connect Cafe pack
