The programme aims to equip young teens with core life skills to manage themselves and to help others cope with adversity in life. The emphasis lies on creatively helping students to understand the value of emotional self-regulation, finding one’s own strengths, developing compassion, encouraging optimism, safety, creativity and courage for the future.
