Organise your own 5000 Steps to Wellbeing Walk

For the past three years Mental Health Ireland have organised our 5,000 Steps to Wellbeing Walk. The feedback from everyone taking part has been very positive.

There were a lot of people that couldn’t make the walks due to the location and date, so we had a little think about it and this year we are launching Own Walks! This is your opportunity to generate awareness of mental health issues in your community and funds for Mental Health Ireland.

What is an Own Walk?

Own Walks are organised by a Team Leader for family, friends and community.
Own Walks can be as big or small as you like.
Own Walks can take place at any time of the year that suits you and your team.
Own Walks must have a Team Leader, and it’s great if that leader has support!
Every walker gets a FREE t-shirt… if the order is in in time!
