Move It for Mental Health: 60 for 60 is a simple, flexible movement challenge taking place this March. Walk or run 60km over the month at your own pace, raise funds, and share your progress as you go. Every kilometre and every donation helps.

Move It for Mental Health is a simple movement challenge for March. The goal is to walk or run 60km across the month in whatever way suits you. You can take part on your own or as part of a team.
No. You can complete the distance at your own pace and in your own way. You can break it up across the month, combine different activities, and adapt the challenge to your ability. What matters is taking part in a way that feels achievable for you.
Sign up through the event page, then create your iDonate fundraising page using the link provided. Add a short note about why you’re taking part, share your page with friends, family, or colleagues, and keep supporters updated as you go.
You can track your progress in whatever way works for you. Use Strava or another fitness app, or simply note your distance as you go. If you join the Move It Strava Club, you can log activities there so we can follow along and share encouragement.
Funds raised help Mental Health Ireland to educate, empower, and connect communities across Ireland. Your support contributes to mental health promotion work, community programmes, training and educational resources, and initiatives that encourage open conversations and connection.
Yes. The first 60 people to sign up and receive their first donation will receive a free water bottle. We’ll share details after you register, including how to provide your delivery information. While stocks last. One per participant.
