Engage with Mental Health - Workplace Workshop

An Introduction to Mental Health, Wellbeing, and the Five Ways to Wellbeing

Objectives
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
• Define what mental health and wellbeing are
• Recognise and understand influences on our mental health and wellbeing
• Understand the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ model and how to use it

Methodology
This workshop is designed to introduce participants to the concept of mental health in a gentle, non-judgmental way, using participative methods to explore how we can enhance mental wellbeing. The “5 Ways to Wellbeing” framework will serve as the tool to guide the session, helping participants understand and implement actionable steps for better mental health.

Expand Your Wellbeing Toolkit - Workplace Workshop

A Deeper Understanding of Mental Health, Wellbeing, and Stress Management

Objectives
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
• Recognise factors that impact their mental health & wellbeing
• Identify stressors and introduce change
• Describe practical tools and tips to help deal with stress

Methodology
A combination of knowledge and practical skills with interactive participation to help attendees understand stress and acquire tools for managing it effectively. Includes group work to engage participants and equip them with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to help cope with stress.

Talk About What Matters - Workplace Workshop

Navigating Meaningful Conversations about Mental Health, for People Leaders/Managers in the Workplace

Equip your people leaders/managers with the confidence and skills to support mental health and wellbeing at work. This interactive workshop helps participants recognise signs of stress and anxiety, lead meaningful conversations, and use effective listening techniques to support employees.

With practical tools, real-world scenarios, and a focus on action, managers will also learn how to signpost support and maintain their own resilience—leaving confident, capable, and ready to make a positive impact.

Objectives
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
• Recognise common symptoms of stress and anxiety, and their impact, in the workplace
• Recognise & demonstrate how to structure a meaningful conversation with employees
• Explain the value of effective listening and demonstrate active listening skills
• Signpost practical supports for employees
• Identify self-care tools and recognise how to use them to support our own wellbeing and resilience

Methodology
Delivered in a supportive and engaging learning environment, this
workshop uses a highly participative approach that blends expert knowledge with practical skill-building. Through discussion, guided exercises, and opportunities to practise, participants can immediately apply what they’ve learned—building confidence in a safe, constructive space.

Connect to the 5 Ways to Wellbeing - Workplace Talk & Webinar

We also offer a dynamic 45-minute to 1-hour session, Connect to the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, available as a live talk or webinar.

Designed to be informative, engaging, and practical, this session is a great introduction to mental health and wellbeing — helping to spark awareness, conversation, and helpful action.

It’s suitable for groups of all sizes and works particularly well as a lunchtime event or for larger audiences where accessibility and impact are key. We aim to keep the process smooth and flexible from start to finish.
