How do the Sessions Work?
This 2-day Programme is designed to be relaxed, supportive, and easy to follow. Participants work through guided individual and group exercises, supported by two trained facilitators. The programme gives the opportunity to work on personal wellness tools, tips and ideas.
Individuals are invited to participate in the group work but this is not essential. Course materials will be provided for each participants own use. The idea is to leave the programme with a better understanding of your own mental health and a solid, personalised whole health management plan.
