Taking Action for Whole Health & Wellbeing Programme

A 2-day programme to help support participants with their mental health, build resilience, confidence, and improve overall wellbeing.

Taking Action for Whole Health & Wellbeing Programme

Take action for your mental health and wellbeing

This community-based programme helps people learn simple, practical tools to support their mental health and wellbeing. It offers useful ideas and easy-to-use strategies for anyone looking to improve their wellbeing or support their recovery from mental health challenges.

Participants will explore healthier habits and create a personal plan to support their overall health and wellbeing. The programme is evidence-based, developed by the Copeland Centre, and is delivered face-to-face in a supportive and welcoming environment.

What Does the Programme Cover?

• Understanding wellbeing, positive change and recovery from mental health challenges
• Building confidence, hope, and self-belief
• Learning how to make informed choices and speak up for yourself
• Strengthening connection and support within your community
• Exploring practical wellness tools and healthy coping strategies
• Creating a daily plan to support your wellbeing
• Recognising triggers and early warning signs of stress or difficulty
• Planning for challenging times and recovery after a crisis
• Exploring wellbeing topics such as motivation, meaningful activity, lifestyle, and employment

How do the Sessions Work?

This 2-day Programme is designed to be relaxed, supportive, and easy to follow. Participants work through guided individual and group exercises, supported by two trained facilitators. The programme gives the opportunity to work on personal wellness tools, tips and ideas.

Individuals are invited to participate in the group work but this is not essential. Course materials will be provided for each participants own use. The idea is to leave the programme with a  better understanding of your own mental health and a solid, personalised whole health management plan.

Who is it for?

Open to anyone in the community interested in improving their overall health, wellbeing, personal growth, or supporting their mental health recovery journey.
