At Mental Health Ireland, we believe that every community thrives when mental health and wellbeing are supported. Our training is designed to be friendly, practical, and interactive. Our team of Regional Development Officers work nationwide, engaging with communities right across the country, connecting with local groups and organisations to help promote positive mental health.
Included in their community work, our Development Officers can deliver training locally– from concise 45-minute talks to interactive 90-minute workshops;
- Connect to the 5 Ways to Wellbeing – Talk/Webinar
- Engaging with Mental Health in your Community – Workshop
These sessions are practical, down-to-earth, and designed to give people useful tools and ideas they can bring into their own lives and communities and help build confidence around mental health. Whether you’re part of a local group or simply interested in learning more, we’d love to work with you to help build a healthier, more connected community for everyone.
