A free day for our community to come together, connect, have fun and change the conversation around mental health. There will be inspiring speakers and real conversations, along with creative and wellbeing workshops, family fun and activities for all ages.
Special guests are writer and blogger Darragh Fleming, Rory O’ Connor from Rory’s Stories and Dr Lorcan Martin President of the College of Psychiatrists of Ireland.
