Fidelma Farley is a Breathworks Mindfulness Trainer. She has been teaching mindfulness and compassion to groups and individuals since 2008. More recently, she has been teaching online, primarily the 8 week Breathworks Mindfulness for Health and Mindfulness for Stress courses, as well as training people to teach mindfulness. Her particular areas of interest are mindfulness for chronic pain and long-term health conditions, mindful eating, loving-kindness/compassion and mindfulness for the menopause. Fidelma is also a Life Coach.
