We are delighted to announce the Traveller Christmas Creativity Competition.
The project was coproduced by members of the Traveller community and with Extern Ireland, Mayo Travellers Support Group, Roscommon Traveller Health Project, Donegal Travellers Project, Sligo Traveller Support Group, Wicklow Travellers Group, the HSE Mental Health Services, Blanchardstown Traveller Development Group and Mental Health Ireland.
Creativity helps us all to boost our wellbeing. This is particularly true during tough times. The competition will celebrate the Creativity and resilience of the Traveller Community.
The competition is open to all ages and all types of creativity, from traditional crafts, to paintings, to makeup and nail art.
The competition will close at 5pm on December 16th and winners will be announced in a special virtual prize-giving festival on December 18th, with special guests actor Michael Collins, Fr Richard Gibbons and even Santa himself will make an appearance!
