World Mental Health Day

10th of October 2020

World Mental Health Day will take place on Saturday, October 10th and the theme this year is Mental Health for All: Greater Investment, Greater Access. Everyone, everywhere.

In celebration of World Mental Health Day, Mental Health Ireland are asking the public to reflect on their growth during recent tough times and their hopes for their own wellbeing, and of those around them.

We’re asking people to reflect on how far they’ve come in the face of uncertainty and what they hope, not only for their own future but for others facing their own mental health challenges. We want to open up the discussion of how we can live in a world where positive mental health and recovery is possible for everyone.

Community Support Tree

In keeping with the theme of Greater Access, and to promote the pathways and power of growth and recovery, we have created County level Community Support Tree posters.

This signposting tool highlights local supports and services specific to your county as well as national supports. You can display in your workplaces, classrooms or community spaces to promote the organisations in your and make it easier for someone around you to reach out for help if they need it.

Please click on your county below for your downloadable poster.
